Last updated August 21, 2026. These terms govern your use of Show Up Anyways: Focus, published by Round Table LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Show Up Anyways: Focus is a personal focus-timer and Screen Time companion. Free features include the Focus timer, unlimited Quick Touchpoints, a limited number of categorized Touchpoints per day, basic history, and Screen Time shielding for up to 3 apps or categories at a time.
Pro unlocks unlimited categorized Touchpoints, unlimited Screen Time shielding, Calendar Smart Guardrails, and deeper Insights with Weekly Pattern Reports. Pro is offered as:
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Creating an email account is optional and lets your data (Foundations, history, settings) sync across devices signed into different Apple IDs. It does not transfer or share a Pro purchase — purchases are tied to your Apple ID and governed by Apple's own Family Sharing, not by this account.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the Focus sessions, Touchpoints, and Foundations you log, and for keeping your device, Apple ID, and any Focus account you create secure. Don't use the app for anything unlawful or to attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
The app is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent these terms don't address a specific point, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
