Two steps are required: first authorize Screen Time (Settings → Permissions in the app), then pick which apps and categories to shield (Settings → Shielded apps). Authorizing alone doesn't select anything to block.
A Quick Touchpoint is a fast, uncategorized pause you can sort out later during Wrap-Up. A regular Touchpoint is picked from your Touchpoint Library up front, so it's already categorized when it starts.
Open the Pro paywall (Settings → Upgrade to Pro, or any Pro feature prompt) and tap Restore Purchases. This works for any purchase made with the same Apple ID. It doesn't work across two different Apple IDs — that's an Apple platform rule, not something any app can change. If your Pro purchase needs to follow you across a work and personal Apple ID, ask us about Family Sharing eligibility.
Yes, automatically, through your own private iCloud account — no sign-in required, as long as your devices share the same Apple ID. If you use different Apple IDs on different devices (e.g. work vs. personal), create a free email account in Settings → Account to sync your Foundations, history, and settings across them too.
